Levels of referencing and screening:

ARL offers a highly customised service which enables the client to choose varying levels of Reference and Screening dependant upon the position and levels of responsibility of the prospective employee.

  1. Level 1 - Two year reference check

  2. Level 2 - Three year reference check

  3. Level 3 - Five year reference check (Carried out as standard within aviation).

  4. Level 4 - Ten year reference check.

Summary of our service

  • Careful checks are made on the employment history for the period required.

  • Enquiries are made where references disclose anomilies.

  • Character references are obtained as minimum standard.

  • Careful checks are made on the education history and vailidity of qualifications.

  • Checks are made with the Department of Social Security to confirm periods of unemployment.

  • An official report (cover sheet) is completed for each candidate.

  • Credit Checks are carried out if required.

  • Management and Administration of Criminal Record Checks where required. (Carried out as standard within aviation).
