| Description | Hours: 10am - 6pm Monday to FridayCustomer Services/Insurance/Administration/Motor/Personal Injury/Compensation Claims/LegalMy client specialise in personal injury claims involving road traffic accidents (car crash), Public liability accidents, accidents at work, industrial injury and criminal injury compensation and are looking to recruit an experienced Claims Handler for their offices based in Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire.Duties will include:-- Acquiring and maintaining information off clients in order to recover losses after a Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claim- Dealing with 150-200 files at any one time in order to settle an achievable amount of files per month- File maintenance and management of each individual case file- Working to targets and deadlines- Extensive liaison with clients, Insurance companies, repairing garages, the Police and 3rd parties- Recovering financial losses from 3rd party insurers- General administrationCandidates must have an excellent background within customer services ideally minimum 6 months previous experience within a similar environment i.e. motor insurance background or a Legal environment who is looking for their first role within a Claims company, have the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure and to set monthly targets, which are very achievable.
