Our client, a perstigious money foreing exchange company, is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to be based at London Heathrow Airport.Focused on front line sales, the role involves leading a team of Sales Consultants to meet and exceed sales targets, identify and maximise all new and existing business opportunities, while providing a professional and individual service to exceed customer's expectations.Duties to include: manage and sustain all variable costs, motivating the team, target setting, hosting team meetings, providing feedback, training andcoaching on performance.You will need to consistently display excellent customer service skills, be expected to provide evidence of leading a team to sales success, staff coaching and delivering results in a targeted environment.
